Host for AAAL Spring Meeting/AGM
The Alberta Association of Academic Libraries hosts a Fall and a Spring Meeting. Representatives from AAAL institutions attend the meetings, which typically run all day, with a business meeting in the morning and professional development sessions in the afternoon.

Host institutions provide the space and technology needed for the meeting. They are responsible for providing AAAL with a list of the nearby hotels, residence options, visitor parking areas, maps, and rates. They coordinate coffee breaks and lunch using the funding provided by AAAL. Host institutions also normally provide tours that highlight parts of their campus during lunch.

We'd love to have you host the AAAL Spring Meeting in 2020! The meeting is generally held in May. This AGM will also mark 10 years as AAAL.
