For the best results take the following photos and measurements. 

1. A picture of the whole tree including the space surrounding the tree. 
2. A few pictures (if required) of how we would access the tree from the street.  
3. A measurement of the trees diameter 1.4m from ground level.
4. A rough approximation of the tree's height. For your reference a standard fence is 1.8m, single storey and two storey gutter heights are approximately 3.3m and 5.7 metres respectively.
