Each participant must fill out this form in full and send a deposit of $800 to the address at the bottom of the document. This is a co-ed trip and is limited to 10 people.
PRICE INCLUDES: Accommodation, most meals, land transportation, tips, local guides and entry into all showgrounds and singsings.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Flights to and from Papua New Guinea, in-country flights (charged separately), visas, evacuation insurance (highly recommended), and purchases of personal nature such as artifacts, souvenirs and beverages.
NOTE: Roundtrip flights from the U.S. start at about $1,800 (although prices have been known to drop to $1,000). A search on the major travel search engines may be up to four times that cost. For the best pricing, please contact us for the name of our travel agent.
• More than 90 days prior to departure: Forfeiture of $200–$500, depending on tour• 61 – 89 days prior to departure: Forfeiture of full deposit• 60 – 30 days prior to departure: Forfeiture of 50% of total tour price• Less than 30 days prior to departure: Forfeiture of 100% of total tour price
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason or have to be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family, or medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance and require evacuation insurance for our trek tours.
While medical evacuation insurance isn't mandatory for this tour, I understand that it is highly recommended by the tour operator.
If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other participants during the tour, you must inform us or your tour leader in writing at the start of the tour.
This trip is limited to 10 people and requires an $800 deposit to secure your spot.Complete and final payment is due on June 8, 2020.
The deposit amount listed on the website for this tour is required to secure your place on this tour. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If your booking is made within 60 days of departure, the entire tour cost must be paid when we confirm the trip with you.
Payments may be made by credit card or check. If you pay your deposit by check, we cannot confirm your reservation until your payment has cleared the bank. Checks returned by the bank will incur a $25 returned check fee.
Partial payments may be made until the trip is paid in full.Credit/debit card payments are accepted via PayPal and can be sent to beth@WanderTours.com
