Filing a Complaint of Non-Compliance with the Strengthening Gifted and Talented Act
Elmwood Park Public Schools must comply with New Jersey's "Strengthening Gifted and Talented Education Act"  (https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2018/Bills/A5000/4710_R1.HTM).  Parents/Guardians who believe that the district is not acting in compliance with the Strengthening Gifted and Talented Education Act are invited to submit their specific concerns below.
