Non-Agricultural Producer Vendor Application

Important Notes to Consider Before Applying to Texas Farmers’ Markets

  • This application is only for Texas Farmers' Market at Bell. No applications are being accepted for non-agricultural vendors at Mueller until further notice. If you would like to be a TFM vendor we strongly encourage you to apply to our Bell market location. Current vendors at the Bell market and agricultural producers will be given priority consideration for the Mueller market when space is available.
  • A $50 application fee is required in order to process any new vendor applications and must be paid before TFM will consider your application or discuss details surrounding your application. No refunds issued. Paying this fee does not guarantee admission to the market(s).
  • We are not accepting applications from CBD, microgreen, pet food, candle, or coffee sellers as these categories have long waitlists already for a very limited number of spots. We will indicate here if applications for these spots are ever open in the future. Refunds will not be issued for applications submitted in any of these categories.
  • Do not apply as a bakery unless your operation is at least 50% bread as the waiting list for sweet confections is very long for a limited number of spots. Bread bakeries using local grains will be prioritized.
  • Priority consideration will be given to those utilizing locally sourced ingredients. Please be sure to indicate where you are using locally sourced ingredients in your application and who the producer/grower is. The more information the better.
  • Vendors are required to obtain the appropriate farmers market permits and abide by the health regulations of WCCHD.
  • Sales tax for products sold at the market must be remitted to the city of Cedar Park. Click here to learn about Texas Sales and Use tax requirements. Learn more about what food and products are taxable here.
Application Review Process

  • Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis so please allow 4-6 weeks to hear a response from our team. Due to the small size of our team and the amount of inquiries we receive, we are not able to respond to all emails or messages about vendor applications.
  • If you have not heard from us in two months and have fully and correctly filled out the application and paid your application fee, please email info@texasfarmersmarket.org; otherwise please be patient and someone from our team will be in touch as soon as we are able.
  • Phone calls about vendor applications will not be returned.

Market Rules Acknowledgement

Read our market rules carefully to understand requirements about sourcing of ingredients for Value-Added and Prepared Food Vendors, attendance rules and fees for participation in the markets. If you feel your product qualifies after reading these rules, please proceed.

By proceeding with your application you acknowledge that you have read and understand all of the above. Please note the application fee is non-refundable should you submit an application that is not accepted for any reason.
