All types of businesses are welcome to participate (arts, crafts, jewelry, gifts, garden items, commercial products or services). Booths that add to the overall experience of the festival by having some form of activity such as prize drawings, games, etc. are especially welcome. Political booths are NOT allowed.Businesses/merchandise must be in good taste and applications must be approved by festival organizers. Any unapproved merchandise must be removed from the booth.
Booth space is 12’ x 12’ grassy area that can accommodate your 10’ x 10’ pop-up tent. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables and chairs. Space is limited. You will receive written notification within two weeks of acceptance or denial of application. Vendors with duplicate merchandise/services may not be accepted.
Cancellation policy: Refunds will be granted only with written notice received by July 1, 2019. Event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds due to weather.
Vendor fee payment of $150 must accompany application (see Payment Section below).
Hours and location of retail booths: Spooner Park, 350 Eli Rd, Little Canada All booths must be occupied and open during these hours: Friday, Aug. 2: 5 PM to 7:30 PM Saturday, Aug. 3: 9 AM to 7:30 PM Sunday, Aug. 4: Noon to 4 PM
Vendors are encouraged to set up between Noon and 3:00 PM on Friday. You will receive ONE parking pass which must be displayed on vehicle dashboard. Overnight security will be provided in Spooner Park on Friday and Saturday, however, vendor is responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or equipment.
