2017 Sugar Festival Information Booth Application
Event Timing: Saturday, March 18, 2017 8 a.m. - approx. 7 p.m.
Event Address: Clewiston City Park (Civic Center Park), US Hwy 27, Clewiston, FL 33440

This year’s festival's Grand Sponsor is U.S. Sugar Corp.

The Headliner Entertainment for Saturday will be Country Music Superstar, Trace Adkins

Festival attendance is estimated to be 15,000.

Information Booth Spaces: For Profit - $125.00 each. For Non-Profit - $75.00 each.

General Information
1. You must check in with Vendor Coordinator, Barbara Edmonds, prior to site set-up at the Festival Information Booth. If the vendor is in the wrong space, or not properly set up, you may be asked to take down your display/booth and relocate.
2. Vehicles have to be out of the park by 7:00 am on Saturday (arrivals after 7:00 am will be allowed access to the park only by foot or handcart) due to the 5K race. Set-up may continue after 7:00 am, but vehicles must be out of the park by 7:00 am.
3. Information Booths are for handout information only, no sales.
4. Double the fee for two adjoining spaces.
5. Vendors may begin set-up on Friday afternoon and have to be completed by 7:00 am Saturday morning. Security will be provided for Friday night through Saturday morning by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office.
6. Vendors must provide their own ice, extension cords, tables, etc. There will be an ice machine within walking distance for a fee.
7. We provide 110 volt electric only (Unless we are notified in advance of a special request).
8. Information booths may not be in same location as previous festivals due to revisions made of festival layout for 2017.
9. ALL VENDORS MUST AGREE TO THE HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT AS STATED BELOW

The number of Information Booth spaces is limited. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will receive a phone call or e-mail of confirmation. We hope to see you there! We expect a very large crowd this year!

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED, IN CONSIDERATION OF HAVING BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY, BY THE SUGAR FESTIVAL COMMITTEE, INC. ("COMMITTEE") TO HAVE AN INFORMATION BOOTH AT THE CLEWISTON SUGAR FESTIVAL TO BE HELD SATURDAY, MARCH 18TH, 2017, DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMMITTEE FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER, FOR WHICH THE COMMITTEE MAY BECOME LIABLE AS A RESULT OF, RELATED TO, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR ARISING FROM THE UNDERSIGNED'S ACTIVITIES, OPERATIONS, OR SALES AT SAID SUGAR FESTIVAL (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE UNDERSIGNED OPERATIONS SETTING UP PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT SAID SUGAR FESTIVAL AND OPERATIONS DISMANTLING THE UNDERSIGNED'S BOOTH AFTER SAID SUGAR FESTIVAL HAS ENDED), INCLUDING ANY AND ALL COSTS AND ATTORNEY’S FEE INCURRED BY THE COMMITTEE IN DEFENDING ITSELF.
