SPONSORSHIP
  • $350 / per event

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
  • 10x10 booth space to promote your business and connect with our community at Main Street Market.
  • Business logo and/or mentions of your sponsorship on our social media platforms, boosted digital advertisements, and print flyers.
  • Both musical performers will give two on-stage shoutouts to your business during the event.


Invoices will be emailed if your application is accepted.
Payments are due no later than 60 days prior to the market date. If payment is not received by due date, your sponsorship will be forfeited without notice.

**Applications do not guarantee acceptance. 
Due to a high volume of applicants, you will receive communication only if you are accepted. 


MARKET REQUIREMENTS
  • Sponsored booths will need to provide their own tent, tables, and any needed equipment.
  • All tents must be appropriately weighted on all sides.
  • Electrical outlets will be available to share with up to 4 booths.
  • If you use a large output of electricity, you will be required to provide your own power source. We do not have access to circuit breakers if an outlet is tripped.

Sponsored booths must submit proof of COI (certificate of insurance) coverage.

The general liability certificate must show;
Minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrenceMinimum limit of 2,000,000 per aggregate 

The certificate holder must be listed as;
Main Street Market LWR LLC, Nichole Dalsing/Lindsay Wood, 12176 Longview Lake Circle, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34211

Main Street Market LWR LLC must be also listed as additionally insured.
Please include the "Additionally Insured Endorsement" page when you send a copy. This 2nd page or verbiage stating we are additionally insured in the box above certificate holder must be provided.

**If you currently hold a business insurance policy your provider should be able to create a COI with the above details at no additional cost.

With our discount code a 1-3 day policy is $44, a 3 month policy is $144, and an annual policy is $269. 
Pricing differs for food vendors, but a discount still applies.
