Dismissal Plan Form
Please fill out this form to indicate how your child will be dismissed from school each day.  Please fill out a separate form for EACH child. 

Parent Pick Up - will be by car only using our placard system. (Grades 1-5 only)
New Placard cards will be sent home on the first day of school.

Walker - allows your child to leave school independently.  (Door 2 is Summer Ave. and Door 7 is by the playground)

Bus/Extended Day - Registration is required for Extended Day, YMCA and TAS (Treasures After School Program).

Kindergarten Families -  Unless registered for an after school program, all students in Mrs. Manna's and Mrs. Cornetta's classes will be dismissed to a parent/guardian at the Modulars.  Ms. Fusco's and Ms. Galindo's students will all be dismissed to a parent/guardian at Door #6.  

Please make sure to discuss this plan with your student(s) BEFORE the first day of school.
*Please note dismissal is at 2:45 Monday - Thursday and at 12:45 on Fridays
