Register - Growing our Future: Action Sprint Workshop
This Save the Date Interest form is for Growing our Future participants and community members to express initial intent to join our in-person day-long workshop held in Minneapolis, MN on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 9am - 3pm local time held at the Weisman Art Museum on the UMN campus.

Please join us for our next system-wide gathering of changemakers in the food and agriculture systems, including private sector, nonprofit, philanthropic and policy actors, producers, community based organizations and grassroots coalitions – stakeholders with a passion for cultivating a just transition to regenerative systems. The gathering will include a collaborative design sprint to devise deeper plans of action for the initiative’s workstreams, as well as dig into planning for regional, sector-specific, and landscape-level activations. We will send a detailed agenda in the coming weeks. The themes explored will include:
  • harnessing the momentum of the regenerative agriculture transition to bolster long-standing movements for justice and equity in agriculture
  • honoring context-specific approaches to regeneration
  • centering producer communities in marketplace building and innovative finance
We'd consider it an honor if you'd attend! 

The workshop will follow the Innovation Forum Future of Food and Beverage Summit on May 29-30. Attendance at the Summit is not required.

Growing our Future will provide a limited number of travel scholarships for representatives of underserved farming communities, including Black, Indigenous, Latino/e, and other farmer and farmworker communities of color. (We ask that each organization send no more than one representative to ensure the scholarships can reach as many communities as possible)
