Cornerstone Fellowship Ministry Application

Cornerstone Fellowship Ministry (CFM) programs are limited to 10 participants. Due to the interest in our programs, we ask that everyone wanting to be involved in the CFM fill out an application. We will be in contact with you as to whether you will be accepted to start immediately or if you will be placed on the waiting list for opening. Youth who are older will be given more consideration as this will allow more participation, as the current participants age out and graduate.

Because of our waiting list, we ask that all participants make a commitment to this program by attending at least 3 out of the 4 weeks for weekly meetings, or 6 months a year for monthly meetings. Also giving at least a 24 hour notice of non-attendance, barring illness or family emergency.
