2025-2026 Before & After School Program Enrollment Form
We are excited to announce that the Henderson Enrichment School Program (HESP) will continue during the 2025-2026 school year for students in grades K-9. The program will be available Monday-Friday from 2:30-6:00 pm on regular school days. Enrollment is based on full-time attendance.

Additionally, we will continue to offer Before School Care from 7:00-7:30 am. There will be no drop-off prior to 7:00 am.

Please complete and submit this form in order to enroll your child(ren) in the A.D. Henderson/FAU High Enrichment School Program.  

Complete 1 form PER CHILD.

In order to finalize the enrollment of your child(ren) in the enrichment program, you must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 registration fee PER CHILD by June 13, 2025.  DO NOT PAY FOR THE FIRST MONTH OF AFTERCARE UNTIL COMMUNICATED WITH.
