Building from the Equity in Infrastructure Project’s Procurement for Prosperity Playbook, this event, part of BUILDIT annual Founder's Day Gathering, brings together public agencies and private firms committed to increasing contracting opportunities for small and historically underutilized businesses to deliver more competition and value. Attendees will celebrate new signatories to the EIP Pledge and operationalize playbook recommendations, focusing on POLICIES, PRACTICES, and PROGRAMS.

Agenda:
1) Advisory Council Gathering (8:00 – 9:00 am): Members of EIP’s advisory council will gather to prepare for the day.
2) Signing Ceremony (9:00 am – 10:00 am): EIP will celebrate new pledge signatories in a formal signing ceremony.
3) Playbook Workshop & Lunch (10:00 am – 1:30 pm): Participants will examine the policies, practices, and programs needed to meet EIP goals, learn from practitioners, and identify next steps toward operationalizing the Playbook.
4) BUILDIT Reception (3:00 pm - 5:00 pm): This is a reception for BUILD IT's Founder's Day event where EIP will be honored.
