Did you see a plant you were interested but can't buy it today? We understand there are limitations when it comes to shipping plants including things outside of our control such as Weather.

You may fill out a personal plant request, this will let our growers know of the future demand so we may try to have this plant available in the future.

How does it work:

We will send you a email notification if your item is expected to be ready in stock during your desired delivery window. (Delivery Windows are within 15 days), we cannot guarantee arrival of the plant on a specific day as there can be shipping delays.

Once you receive the notification email, please reply to let us know you are still interested and your delivery address. We will send you a custom invoice including shipping costs to checkout for your order to be accepted and the plant prepared for shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

We are able to ship to the lower 47 contiguous states with the exception of AZ at this time. We are compliant with Reniform & Burrowing Nemotode for shipping to CA, LA & TX and California Compliant. We cannot export plants internationally at this time.

Shipping Experience:

We do ship out all plants USPS Priority Mail each Monday (Tuesday if the USPS is closed) to ensure they reach your home quickly as they are living, perishable items.

We try our best to reduce your plants stress during shipping by packing it less than 24 hours of shipping, providing enough water for shipment should there be high temperatures in it's route to you. We tightly pack your plant so it can't move much during shipment using a mixture of recycled air cushions and biodegradable packing peanuts. There are times we may use recycled packaging (boxes) should we be unable to locate a box that perfectly fits your new plant.

USPS Priority Mail does include Insurance up to $50 and Order Tracking.

Once you receive your plant mail, please open it up ASAP! It is very important for your plant to see light again to avoid it going into shock with prolonged time without light.

Shipping Important Notes:

We do review the weather forecasts to prepare your plant for conditions it may face within reason.

Please check your local weather to ensure freezing conditions are not expected within the shipping timeline.

We cannot guarantee live arrival if temperatures on the shipping path get near or below freezing at anytime during transit.

Should anything go wrong with shipping please let us know! Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with detailed pictures of your concern and the shipping box so we may review it. Please do not alter the plant, re-pot it, etc until you hear back from us.

Shipping Insurance is included with USPS Priority Mail (Freezing Temperatures are not covered).

Order Important Notes:

Plants are living, it is not unexpected to see a little stress during shipment including some wilting, yellowing leaves, etc. Please allow the plant time to acclimate to your home.

All Plant sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has shipped.
