Terrific Twos Pre-Registration Form
Join us for Terrific Twos playgroup 6 week pilot program focused on music and movement! You can choose from 1 day to 2 days a week from 9:30-10:30an. Activities included are, singing, dancing, instruments, and so much more! Parent and child will participate music and movement, sensory, stories and so much more!  Open to 18months (walking) to 3 yrs old. 

Session Dates: 
Tuesdays: April 2, 9, 16, 23, (no class 4/30), 5/7, 5/14
Thursdays: April 4, 11, 18 (no class 4/25), 5/2, 5/9, 5/16

You will receive a link for payment and a registration form through our payment portal. A copy of your child's physical will be needed as well. Please note your child's medical must be submitted before your first class. If you miss a day you will have the opportunity for 1 make up session on either Tuesday or Thursday! Thank you!
