Survey on Reusable PPE
The objective of this survey is to hear from health care workers on their experiences with reusable PPE. This information is being gathered as part of a project that the Canadian Coalition for Green Health Care is undertaking entitled 'Reducing Health Care-Related PPE and Medical Single Use Plastic Waste Through Circular Economy Principles' which is funded by Environment and Climate Change Canada. This survey has been reviewed by individuals with expertise in this area as well as health care workers. It should take you about 5 minutes to complete.

This survey will be available until April 12, 2022.

If you have any questions regarding this survey or our project, please contact Ozora Amin at ozora@greenhealthcare.ca

All the information gathered through this questionnaire will only be presented as composite data, not identifying any individuals unless permission is obtained from the participant in writing.
