Office Volunteers
Help us with occasional needs in the office during weekday office hours. (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM). The need varies throughout the year depending on our event schedule. Office volunteers mostly help with mailing projects and document sorting.
Office support
EX: Labeling postcards, stuffing envelopes, sorting tickets and other documents
Youth Concert Volunteers
We'll have a total of three youth concerts on two weekday mornings every season. Volunteers may choose one of the three positions: Bus Attendant (directing the school buses), Greeter (greet the students and direct them to the right floor), and Usher (usher groups to their assigned seating area). Our next Youth Concert dates will be,

Usher
Distribute programs, guide patrons to their seats, and assist patrons with disabilities. An Usher Sign-Up form will be sent out before concerts.
Other Tasks
Postering Team
Help us distribute promotional materials throughout Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. We usually send out the call for help two weeks before each concert.
