As a member business of The Junction BIA, we are delighted to have you join us at The Junction 9th Annual Summer Solstice Festival on Saturday, June 20 from 11 AM to 10 PM. With an anticipated attendance of over 15,000 patrons, it's going to be bigger than ever!  Live music, an art market, food, craft, street performers + lots of fun for everyone! Celebrating the longest day of the year and the kick-off to summer, this year’s theme is a 60's retro-inspired psychedelic pop-art street party!  Think Love, Peace and Flower Power!  :)

We hope that all member businesses will participate on the street in order to get the maximum benefit from the event.

Member businesses will have a right of first refusal over the 10x10-ft space in front of your business or on a side street but you must confirm your participation BEFORE February 29, 2020. There is NO CHARGE for member businesses for this space. However, you must provide your own tent/tables/chairs & install them yourself. Sorry, no access to power. Generators accepted.

DEADLINE TO APPLY: February 29, 2020. After this date, the festival space on the street will no longer be guaranteed to member businesses and the BIA reserves the right to sell this space to a 3rd-party vendor.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE: Members who submit a complete application by January 31 will be entered into a draw to WIN a 4x6-ft ad space (includes design, print and insertion) at our Keele/Dundas transit shelter for one month! Prize Value: $3,500. Daily exposure: 31, 266 people. Artwork is subject to final approval by The Junction BIA.

The road cannot be fully closed west of High Park Avenue by order of the TTC. As a member of our BIA, you are invited to participate either INSIDE the road closure along Dundas St. W. or at a convenient side street closed to create one of several NEW "Block Parties" in the neighbourhood. Please choose one of the following to help us place your vendor tent. *
