This form is to apply to be a vendor at the Northeast Christian Church Farmer's Market from May 14th-September 10th, 2026

The market will be held outdoors on the grounds of Northeast Christian Church Thursdays from 9-1.

PLEASE READ

This is an application, as stated, and filling it out does not guarantee you a spot. This market will be juried and we will only accept three of any similar product/category. 
Please allow up to one week for a decision about your application and participation in the market. If selected, you will receive a vendor contract through email. It will come from marketteam@northeastcc.com
