Evers Pool Management   Lifeguard Application                                              
  • Must be 15 years of age
  • Must have Current shallow and deep water Lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer (or obtain by May 11, 2026) ****ONLINE CERTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**** Please reach out with questions.
  • MANDATORY INSERVICE MAY 18, 2026 AT 4PM
  • Be alert and prepared to administer CPR and First Aid if needed
  • Attend required in-service and training
  • Open and close the pool each day according to scheduled hours
  • Regularly treat the pool with the correct amount of chemicals 
  • Closely monitor activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout your shift
  • Direct swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions
  • Closely monitor weather reports to make sure guests remain safe
  • Oversee and assist with pool parties and events
  • Maintain a clean pool environment, pool grounds, and restrooms hourly
  • Snack Shack service and maintenance (if applicable)
  • Accurate member check-in, including guest passes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must have Nationally recognized instructor certification if wanting to be a swim instructor
  • Must be able to work 2 or more holiday weekends.  (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
  • May be assigned to different locations daily or weekly.
