Welcome to Westside Ballet's 54th Year of Training Young Dancers

Dear Westside Family,

The Faculty, Staff and I welcome you to our 54th year of training young dancers. Although procedures may be altered,  Westside continues to offer the finest training in our spacious and immaculate facility.  Providing a caring, safe and productive environment for every student in our after-school day camp, is of paramount  importance to us at Westside.  We continue to strive to help your children reach their highest potential and to continue to gain the grace and grit that training at Westside gives your child.  This year to accommodate our protocols and class size limitation, we will be dividing the school year into 2 semesters:

SEMESTER 1-  A 19-week program, August 31 thru January 23.
 
You have the option of in-studio and virtual classes for this semester. No make-up classes will be permitted due to limited class size. Jazz classes for level 3 and above are optional. There are no schedule adjustments permitted.

SEMESTER 2-  A 19-week program, January 25 thru June 5.

**Please note that our Nutcracker Policy has not changed. If we have a Nutcracker and your child participates
in the Nutcracker performance you are obligated to pay for the full year’s tuition.

• Registration Form: Semester 1- August 31-January 23 Semester 2- January 25- June 5
        -Students may register for Semester 1 or Semester 1 & 2.
        -No Registration for Semester 2 only.

Westside’s mission is to provide a structured environment balancing the joy of dance with the nurturing and discipline essential for all educational pursuits. Our exceptionally experienced faculty seeks to develop the full potential of each student in all of our classes.

WESTSIDE BALLET of SANTA MONICA is a Pre-Professional Company presenting two productions per year.
Our highly acclaimed NUTCRACKER, an annual community favorite, now in its 47th year at the Broad Stage and a Spring performance which includes the participation of students of the school. Funding for our productions comes directly through donations and grants to our non-profit 501(C) 3. On behalf of the Faculty and Staff, I wish you and your child a wonderfully successful year.
