Responsible AI & Data Protection Concern Form

Corti provides an anonymous reporting form for customers, employees, contractors, users, and other external parties to raise complaints, concerns or adverse impacts related to Corti’s AI systems, data protection practices, or responsible use of technology. 

Submissions are reviewed by qualified staff, handled confidentially, and assessed without retaliation. 

Where contact details or an anonymous case-tracking mechanism are available, Corti will acknowledge receipt of any data protection or AI-related complaint within 30 days, make appropriate enquiries, keep the reporter informed of progress where possible, and provide an outcome without undue delay, including information on further escalation routes where applicable.
