A Special Ramadan Journey for Kids & Youth at ICOI

Our children need this program, and we need you to bring it to life! This Ramadan, help create a meaningful and engaging experience by joining our team.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to support in the following roles:

  • Religious Speaker / Instructor – Lead engaging discussions and activities focused on Islamic teachings (requires evaluation for qualification).
  • Imam (Leading Kids Taraweeh) – Guide our youth in prayer and foster their love for Taraweeh (requires evaluation for qualification).
  • STEM Instructor / Teaching Assistant – Teach hands-on STEM activities that connect to the Seerah (requires evaluation for qualification).
  • Crowd Control & Monitors – Ensure a safe, structured, and organized environment for kids.
  • General Support & Setup – Assist with logistics, transitions, and program coordination.

Opportunities are available for both volunteer and paid positions.

Requirements:

  • All applicants must undergo a background check and an interview to ensure the safety and quality of the program.
  • ​Teachers and speakers will be evaluated by the program operators to ensure they are well-suited to effectively engage and educate the children.
  • This program runs during Taraweeh with drop-off beginning 15 minutes before Isha, and pick-up is 15 minutes after the end of Taraweeh.
