Leading historians will discuss the Battle of Leyte Gulf, the Lyte Landing, the role of the guerrillas before and during the liberation and the zonification which lead to the massacre of civilians and soldiers during the 5th Conference of WWII in the Philippines.

The event will feature award-winning authors James Hornfisher and Walter Borneman.
