SERVE Village Committee Interest Form

SERVE Village is growing, and we're looking for passionate Neighbors to join our committees and action teams — the heart of how we turn our mission into action across Hamilton County.

Our Five Committees:

Finance — Oversees financial health, budgets, and fundraising strategy.

Governance & Nominating — Recruits and develops mission-aligned board leadership.

Resource Development — Secures grants, sponsorships, memberships, and donations to sustain our work.

Image Development — Manages brand, marketing, social media, and community storytelling.

Program Development — Designs and runs the programs that put our mission into action.

Action Teams — Short-term, project-focused groups tackling specific needs as they arise. Commitment is flexible and task-based, unlike our monthly committees.

Committees meet monthly, with members owning ongoing action items. Action Teams are called on as needed for defined, time-bound projects.
