Mentorship Program Application
The application is open to any high school aged player,  committed or uncommitted. Many of these questions are geared towards pairing you with the best mentor possible!

Mentee Responsibilities:

1. Maintain open and regular communication with your mentor. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns about training. Your feedback is valuable in helping them provide effective assistance.

2. Attend training sessions consistently and demonstrate commitment to your development.

3. Take an active role in advocating for yourself. If you feel that your mentor is not fulfilling their responsibilities adequately, communicate this to the coach. Together, we can work towards finding a suitable solution.
