I agree to perform my volunteer duties, adhere to all policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, conduct myself ethically and lawfully, and use Atlanta Riichi Club’s logo, branding, or name in materials directly related to my volunteer activities and only with prior written permission. I accept that my volunteer participation is at my own risk, and I release Atlanta Riichi Club from any and all claims or liabilities, including but not limited to those arising from physical injury, loss of personal property, or financial loss.”
