Artist’s Bash Handcrafted Vendor Contract
Artist’s Bash • 3rd Annual Event

Vendor Application Deadline: until space fills up! We are accepting 25 art vendors MAX.

Vendor Space Available:
- 10x10 outdoor space for $50
- 10x20 outdoor space for $70

Electricity
- If you need electricity, there will be $25 fee charged on top of the vendor space fee. You may be sharing a generator with another person. You are more than welcome to bring your own electricity, but please no diesel or gas generators. Electricity is very limited; we only have 6 spots available.  

Each vendor will receive an event packet the day of event. This packet will include the map & a vendor lanyard. As a thank you, Dynamic Pawz will provide vendors with a token of our appreciation.

This contract is for HANDCRAFTED VENDORS ONLY. Applications are approved on a first applied, first paid basis. However, we will not oversaturate the different art categories by having the same type of artists at Artist’s Bash.  The more unique your craft, the better! 

Vendor Fee Payment
The vendor fee is due at the end of this application. Your application will be incomplete without payment. If your application is not accepted, the full vendor fee payment you paid will be refunded to you within 14 business days. Please take heed to any updates about full/available art categories vendor spaces.  

Vendors will be given:
- 10x10 OR 10x20 Outdoor Vendor space, with or without electricity
-  Advertisement through paid ads, digital flyers, flyer handouts, social media spotlight posts, signs, etc. 
- Vendor lanyard & map
- 1 raffle ticket to use the day of event
- A merch item created by Dynamic Pawz as a token of our appreciation

Spaces are a first come, first serve in each art category. We will update when we are full on candles, jewelry, paintings, etc. You must submit vendor payment at the end of this application to be considered for a vendor space at Artist's Bash. *
You must provide your own canopy, canopy weights, tables, & anything else you need for your set up. *
If your canopy breaks someone else’s items/belongings or injures someone, you are responsible for the bills/ fees associated with the incident. Insurance is not required for this event but is suggested. *
If your booth is not set up by 11am on event day, you agree to forfeit your vendor space & booth fee. We are not allowing booths to be set up after the event begins. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time. *
Please do not set up your canopy without weights. Please do not set up your canopy, then leave your canopy unattended, to receive your weights from your vehicle. Please have your canopy weights & all other items/belongings you need before you set up your canopy. This is put in place to keep everyone around you safe! Vendor spots will be in the grass, on both sides of the sidewalks. Canopy stakes are highly suggested!  *
Please do not pack up your booth before 6pm. If you cannot stay the entire event, please do not apply. Music acts & all other fun activities will close at 6pm. Please bring your families & participate in the different activities throughout the day. *
If you can no longer attend, you can receive 80% of your vendor fee back until July 15. After July 15, there will be no refunds on booth fee if you cannot attend. In the circumstance that the event is canceled by Dynamic Pawz, you will receive 100% of your booth fee within 30 days of the cancelation. *
No sharing of space. Every vendor must a sign this contract to vend at Artist’s Bash. *
Can you provide any raffles items OR items for the Kids Treat Bags? These goodie bags will be handed out to children while supplies last.

Some ideas for goodie bags are stickers, candy, coupons, trinkets, bubbles, light up toys. etc

If you would like to provide candy or any activities at your booth, you are more than welcome to! This is a community event & we love finding different ways to interact with the public!  *
