Format: Groups of 4 (Round Robin), 2PM onwards
*As shown above, the 1st placing team of each group (at the end of the seeding round) will play the 4th placing team. The 2nd placing team will play the 3rd; and the winner of both matches will battle it out to qualify for the LAN event (only 1 team from each group will proceed to the LAN final)

The maximum number of games each team will play during the online qualifier will be 5.

Rules & Regulations
1. Game is hosted by own self unless admins is available (for Online Qualifiers.)

2. Game format is Captain’s mode.

3. Team Tags must be used

4. All Teams must check in 20 minutes with the Admin before their group/bracket game begins.

5. Substitution (Stand-in players) is allowed.

6. Money will not be refunded unless the tournament is cancelled.

7. If any problems occur during the tournament, the final decision will be concluded by the organizer and the decision will be unanimously agreed upon by the admins.

8. Teams are expected to be in the lobby 10 minutes before the designated MATCH time. Maximum of 15 minutes waiting time is allowed.

9. If one team is not ready at the designated time and it has passed the maximum 15 minutes waiting time, their opponent can take a default win by contacting an admin and having him check the lobby or via dispute report.

10. If both teams agree, they can delay a further maximum of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, whoever has the most players in their team will take a default win and must report to an admin.

11. In order to keep the tournament on schedule, teams may not wait more than 25 minutes, or both teams may get disqualified.

12. Once the countdown clock starts, the match cannot be remade; unless the issue is beyond the player’s control i.e. Server shutdown

13. All results must be reported (via photo/picture) by the respective Team Captain, to the admin right after the match via SMS, Whatsapp, WeChat, Discord, Skype etc.

14. To determine team sides (Radiant/ Dire), the team that is on top in the match bracket will be Radiant and the team that is at the bottom in the match bracket will be Dire. “Starting Team” for the draft/ first pick will be on “Random” (Lobby settings). Admins will decide which team is placed at the top of the bracket.

15. If any player disconnects during a match, the game will be paused until the player has reconnected. Pausing without justifiable reasons will be penalized with a Yellow Card. Each team is allowed 2 Yellow Cards before getting a Red Card which results to automatic team disqualification.

16. A maximum 10-minute total pause time in respect for disconnects will be allotted for each team per match. After that grace period, the game is to be resumed regardless of the circumstance.

17 An opposing team is REQUIRED to pause in the event that all players on the opposing team unintentionally disconnects. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification. The action to be taken will be in the discretion of the admin.

18. In the case of a server crash, the game can be continued from the latest save. The person who hosted the lobby for the match will have the option (game setup option) to load from a save file when they host again. The save file is generated every minute in the background.

19. In the unlikely event that the reload does not work, the game will be replayed with the same exact hero picks and lane movements until the first creep wave of the Radiant and Dire side meets. Games with more than 10 minutes and more than 2 tier 1 tower down will not be replayed.

20. No one other than the 10 players (apart from the Admin) are allowed in the lobby.

21. Prior to match, Admins will put respective captains in contact with each other with specific instructions on who is to create the lobby and what password and settings are to be used. Admins will then enter the lobby to ensure that everything is in order (if they are available.)

22. In case of an issue that requires the presence of an admin, you can contact them via Facebook or Phone.

FAQ:
How do I check in?
No need to check in. Check-in time is just for the teams to be ready before their appointed match times.

I can’t find my opponent! How?
Wait until the DQ time. If you still can’t find them, submit a screenshot showing proof you have tried to contact them and all your team members are in the lobby.

My opponent is asking to delay more than 15 minutes and we don’t mind. Is it OK?
No. All teams shouldn’t delay the match more than 15 minutes.

What are the host settings?
The hosting team has to put the following settings to the lobby:
