Spiritual Direction Questionnaire
Spiritual Direction provides a safe space with a companion/director that allows one to focus on one's experiences of God.  The directee is encouraged to explore deeply the landscape within to find God's presence in everything. Spiritual direction can be traced to the desert abbas and ammas (fathers and mothers) of the early fourth century, and is closely tied to the quest for meaning, healing and discernment. Spiritual direction enables the directee to discover their own inner wisdom and their true self.
