RISE & SMART Information Sessions
These information sessions are intended for undergraduates beyond their first year and all graduate students in STEM-field majors.
The RISE Scholarship provides funding for a three-month summer research internship in a lab in Germany (working language is English!) and the SMART scholarship, a Department of Defense initiative, provides funding for tuition and educational fees and requires recipients to complete summer internships and then full-time work post-graduation doing research in a DoD lab.
Information sessions will be held virtually on:
* Friday, October 16 -- 2-3pm
* Tuesday, October 20 -- noon-1pm
The two sessions will be identical. Zoom links will be provided within 24 hours of each session to those who register.
