This questionnaire is for schools that wish to be considered for the next edition of the Spear’s Schools Index.

Some questions may be more relevant to certain schools than others. For example, questions about university leavers are more relevant for senior schools than for preparatory schools.

In addition to the compulsory questions (denoted by a red asterisk) please answer the optional questions that are most applicable to your institution, including as much information as you feel appropriate to provide a clear understanding of your school’s ethos, achievements and offerings.
