I use a cool coaching application to provide accountability and deliver education directly to you. Each day throughout the program, you will check in your progress with a simple yes or no. Third, Make a Pre-Program Movement Evaluation Appointment Before The Exercise Groups Begin. I like to be organized as possible with understanding the level of movement and fitness ability each of my participants have. Having a deeper understanding of your fitness level, I can individualize the exercises so every person can participate no matter if you are a beginner or an avid exerciser.
And finally, you need to be SERIOUS about making a change, and be willing to come into the Challenge and the group with a positive, can-do attitude.
