You’re Invited! 2022 Summer Design Accelerator
DFA and Unilever are partnering for a ten-week national project around MELĒ Skincare, a brand developed by people of color for people of color. This no-fee, participate-from-anywhere project will guide participants through a community-centered design thinking process (Identify, Immerse, Reframe, Ideate, Build, Test, Share) focused on democratizing skincare education and access: How can we build an authentic skincare movement that centers science, self-esteem, and healthy practices so everyone can love the skin they're in?

DFA's Summer Design Accelerator will deepen your collaborative problem-solving experience while giving you direct access to Unilever's product teams, brand managers, and researchers - including the potential to explore future Fellowship and career opportunities at Unilever, a $55B+ multinational consumer goods company with a portfolio of over 400 brands, including some of the most recognized product lines in the world.
