Experience Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in the ECO Foundation Center. To help us better accommodate your needs, please share details regarding your intended use of the space.

Kindly note that all event requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Our team will respond within 72 hours to confirm availability. Once your request is approved, we ask that you confirm your use of the space no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If confirmation is not received within that window, the reservation will be released.

To secure your event date, a $250 refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be returned on the next business day following your event, provided the premises have been properly cleaned and vacated.

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within seven days of booking. The remaining balance is required no later than 24 hours prior to the event date.
