If your child needs a custom schedule due to a joint custody plan please complete this form for your part of the schedule THEN CONTACT Transportation at 657-6012.  Both parents can have two locations on file for transportation purposes. Please list the start date for your students transportation needs so that we will be able to fix the schedule in the program.

In the event of an unplanned early release for bad weather or an emergency situation, we will use regularly planned transportation unless notified otherwise.

Bus route number(s) will be available to you in the Transportation tile in your parent portal.  This information updates daily.  For the most accurate information, check just prior to the first day of school.  Information will also update throughout the school year.

After submitting this form, close this tab and return to the open Online Registration Tab to continue registering your child for school.  You will then open a new Transportation Request for each child needing transportation.  With each submission, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your transportation request went through.
