REGISTRATION CHANGE REQUEST FORM
GUIDELINES:
1. We are unable to honor requests for individual teachers or specific lunch periods.
2. A schedule change request must reflect a COURSE CHANGE not a Section (Period) change for a course already on the schedule.
3. Requests sent by phone or to direct email addresses will not be considered for processing.
4. Elective change requests will only be honored if the change does not negatively impact the overall schedule.
Schedule change requests will not be honored for classes that are CLOSED.
ALL SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE ENTERED PRIOR TO JULY 20, 2018
