2026 Franklin County Agricultural Society (FCAS) CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS

Check-In is during Franklin County Fairgrounds (Franklin County Agricultural Society -FCAS) office hours: M-F,  9am - 4pm.  Arrival outside of these hours requires advanced coordination for camping space. Please come to the Franklin County Fairgrounds office (white mobile trailer) located behind/beside the grandstands for check-in. Office phone number is 614-876-7235.

Campsites are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Registration is for one camper. Any additional vehicles may park in the parking lot next to the campground.

No changes can be made to the length of the unit once the application has been submitted.

Location assignments are set by the Franklin County Agricultural Society (FCAS) office. Any attempt to change or move the assigned location is grounds for removal from campground.

FCAS reserves the right to cancel a contract at any time and reserves the right to refuse or reject applications for camping.  FCAS will not be held responsible for accidents of any sort.

Non-potable water is available. Campers may need to provide a Y connection and necessary hoses if using water. The water is city water.  Since it is delivered via frost-free type hydrates, the Franklin County Board of Health considers the water to be non-potable (not safe for drinking or cooking).

No sewage hookups are available.

No bathhouses or bathrooms are available.

The camping unit must be pulled in or backed into the site, depending on the space available, making sure extenders and awnings are on your site.  The unit must not extend into the aisle.

Fire lanes must be kept open at all times.

FCAS insurance policy states: no straw, hay, or shavings are permitted in the campgrounds.

No campers can be placed on blocks.

No construction trailers will be permitted.

No dumping of any kind, including runoff of gray water from campers.

No ATVs, golf carts, Drones, Skateboards, Segways, Scooters, or other similar devices.

Campfires or open fires of any type of container are not permitted.

If you have animals staying in your camper, please be respectful of others by picking up their waste and not leaving them to bark incessantly.

No pools including kiddie pools are allowed in the campgrounds.

Campers must furnish their own grounded 3-wire cord, which may be inspected. Campers with built-in generators may use them but external generators will not be permitted in the campgrounds (due to Fire Marshall). There will not be any generators provided by FCAS.

Campground quiet hours are Monday – Thursday 11:00 pm to sunrise.  Friday & Saturday 12:00 am to sunrise.

Any disturbance requiring the intervention of local law enforcement will constitute a reason for dismissal from campgrounds and loss of campground privileges in future years.

Upon completion of this registration, I agree that I hold the Franklin County Agricultural Society harmless for any damages or injuries during the use of the campgrounds.  I understand I am liable for any incidences that happen on the grounds.

Any exception to the foregoing rules must have prior written approval. Otherwise, violations will be considered as a basis for expulsion from the fairgrounds, forfeiture of any camping fees paid, and forfeiture of any future camping privileges.

Nightly rate is $35 per camper, payment is required to hold registration.
