ANTISUPERBUGS: Open Market Consultation Questionnaire
INSTRUCTIONS

This questionnaire* is opened to all economic operators with the main goal to collect all relevant feedback on ANTISUPERBUGS (ASB) Pre-Commercial Procurement procedure and objectives.

Prior to the submission of the questionnaire, to all the respondents are advised:

- To meet with at least one of the consortium partners or have attended to one of the ASB Market Consultation Days or Industry Engagement Events such as the ones held on 15.12.2017 at AQuAS (Barcelona), on 18.01.2018 at Improving Infection Control within Healthcare conference, University of Salford,(Manchester), on 24.1.2018 at ZENIT Headquarters (Germany), or on 31.01.2018January 31st, 2018 at the Province of Trento (Italy);

- To carefully review the latest version of the definition of ASB procurement scope (here attached: Overview of ASB procurement scope and ASB use case Scenarios).

All details are available on the project website: http://antisuperbugs.eu/index.php/market-consultation-2/, where you will find the videos, and presentations that you must consult before answering the questionnaire.

All the respondents are invited to answer to all the questions. No field is mandatory and respondents can just answer to what they consider most appropriate.

The market consultation aims to:

— find out whether technologies are commercially available and acquire information about the advantages & disadvantages and the level of fulfilment of the desired functionalities;

— identify market risks that may endanger business goals and supplier performance;

— enable and increase the opportunities for industry to form fit-for-purpose consortia.

This questionnaire is a support tool for achieving the aims of the Market Consultations.

All the answers will be taken into account. However, no questionnaire will be considered if sent out anonymously.

Taking part to this survey is not a pre-requisite for the participation in the ASB Pre-commercial Procurement (PCP) procedure and does not give advantage to any supplier.
