Marching Band Pit Crew Member (25-26)

2026 Jazz and Java - Event Planning Committee Member - Source food and drink donations, plan silent auction, decorations, ticket sales.

Uniform Committee Member- Plan marching band uniform fittings, distribution and collection. Hand out plumes at games and events.

Committee Chair - Uniform - Coordinate and meet with committee members, provide updates to exec council

Committee Chair - Pit Crew - Coordinate and meet with committee members, provide updates to exec council

Assist in finding/procuring sponsorships and/or donations (ex - Jazz and Java, Band Shirts)

Pulling the equipment trailer (requires personal vehicle capable of pulling trailer and comprehensive insurance
