Student Organization Cabinet Information Form 2017-2018
This form lets Student Organizations report their officer or cabinet members to Lowry Center and Student Activities Office/Campus Council. You will need to complete this form for each officer and advisor. You must include your advisor information on this list as well as the President and Treasurer. The deadline to submit it is February 17, 2017 at noon. Any officer changes after this date should be submitted using this form as well as an email sent to studentactivities@wooster.edu.
