The optional 1 Day CONTROL Workshop is ideal for women who seriously struggle with self sabotaging habits like emotional eating, binging, on and off cycle, lack of energy or motivation etc.  If you've found in the past that you've been disheartened with slow progress or get upset over your body image, this workshop will be ideal for you.

Control Workshops are not for everyone, so they're run subject to demand and dates confirmed in the first week of your Kickstart.  They usually take place on a weekend.

I give #NoFilter Fitness permission to contact me in relation to the 6 Week Beginner Kickstart.  I understand that it's a course with a start and end date and once my place is confirmed, my booking is locked in for those dates which cannot be transferred unless Government restrictions come into place where #NoFilter Fitness cannot facilitate the course at their premises.  #NoFilter Fitness has a no-refund policy, should restrictions come in to place, bookings can be transferred to new dates or a voucher for the booking value will be applied for future use. *
