Soul Yoga Teacher Training Application
I understand that by filling out this application I am not guaranteed acceptance into Soul Yoga Teacher training. I agree that tuition (less deposit) must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the training start date (unless other arrangements have been made). I understand that if I must leave the training I will only receive a Soul Yoga credit to put towards a future training. If Soul Yoga cancels the training I will receive a full refund or credit. I agree to 100% attendance for the training and understand that if I miss any training sessions I may be asked to leave the training without a refund and will not be eligible for certification. I understand that at the time of acceptance to this training a deposit of $500.00 is due.
