    Meeting Information

Student workshop registration: Registration fees for the student workshop have been waived due to generous support from a NANOGrav/PIRE grant and the ATNF. However, physical space at the telescope limits attendance to about 35 students. We will fill the available slots on a first come, first served basis, so please register early to avoid disappointment! We will confirm your space as soon as possible. Note that "student" translates loosely -- any early career researcher is welcome! Mentors should also register for the student week so we may manage accommodation correctly. *** If you plan to attend the student workshop (as a student) -- PLEASE do not book flights until you have received confirmation of your space. We will email you to confirm within 24 hours of your registration.*** Registration includes lunch, a workshop dinner, and daily transportation from the Station motel to the observatory. Science meeting registration: Registration fees for the science week have been subsidized with support from the NSF and the ATNF. Full registration for the meeting (includes black hole workshop) is $400 (USD) and includes lunch and the conference dinner. In order to encourage student participation, student registration (includes black hole workshop) is $200 (USD). Registration for those attending only the one-day workshop on supermassive black hole / environment evolution is $64 (USD) and includes lunch. Once your registration is complete, you can proceed to the payment form. *** If you need an invitation letter to attend the meeting / for a visa, please contact Matthew Kerr (matthew.kerr@gmail.com). ***
