Arkansas Times Will Provide:
• Planning and execution of the event for 500+ people
• Promotion Schedule will include:
Inclusion on print and digital ads starting two months out in Arkansas Times and arktimes.com
Inclusion in a print editorial (issue date is a month prior to the event)
Inclusion on web presence and social media promotions
Inclusion on all collateral materials, including posters and flyers, and emails promoting the event
Radio promotion three weeks out
• First right of refusal for the 2026 event
On-Site WE PROVIDE:
• Two 6’ tables with tablecloth
• Bagged Ice
• 10x10 Tent with power (LET US KNOW if you need ac/dc)
• Product (Milagro Tequila) for your drink samples
• 9 oz. Cups & small shot-glass cups if needed
• One chair - two if needed
ON-SITE, YOU PROVIDE:
• Two staff members; one bartender + one server
• Table signage
• Extension cords/power strips
• Must bring Ice Chest and Scoop
• Gloves and / or hand washing station set-up
• Drink samples (3 oz.) for up to 400+ people
• Any equipment you might need. Ex. cutting board and knife
• Trash can and extra trash bags
• Right to further integrate your presence and promote
your business via coupons, giveaways, etc.
