New World Fendalton Winter Competition at Waimairi Tennis Club.
Dear Tennis Community,

Waimairi Tennis Club is excited to announce the New World Fendalton 2026 Winter Business House. The competition will start April the 23rd and we’re excited to have you join this popular winter league — a perfect mix of competitive tennis and social fun. We warmly welcome returning teams and all new teams. A huge thank you to our sponsor, New World Fendalton, for their continued support that keeps this competition thriving. 

What to expect in the competition:
  • Organized doubles play against other teams in the grade
  • New tennis balls provided each week for each round of matches
  • Complimentary light snack after matches
  • Bar open for refreshments after play
  • Prizes awarded to teams at the end
  • Full draw shared once all entries are confirmed
  • Team fee: Is $60 per night, payable in 2 instalments for the season. Total amount dependent on Number of teams & rounds played & will be advised by competition start date.
Team recommendations (please keep these in mind when filling out the form):
  • We strongly suggest having plenty of players in your squad to cover unavailability and ensure a full team for each tie (typically 4 players per match, but confirm your grade/format).
  • In some instances we have spare players who are looking for teams — if you need extra members, indicate that below and the organizer can help connect you.
  • A ‘Subs List’ will be provided later in the season; the organizer can also recommend substitutes as needed.

Please complete all required fields accurately. It is especially helpful to include mobile numbers and email addresses for the captain and all listed players — this ensures smooth communication. What you'll need to provide in this form:
  • Team name
  • Grade you're entering (if known, or preferred)
  • Captain's full name, phone, and email
  • List of team players (names, contact details, and any notes on availability or skill level)
  • Whether you need additional players or spares
  • Any other comments/questions
