Time Off Request (PTO)
Time off requests MUST be submitted 3 weeks in advance for scheduling purposes. 
Approvals are based on a "first come, first serve" basis. Bereavement excluded from this policy.

While we do our best to accommodate requests, PTO / Time Off requests will be denied during our “Green Days” which are our busiest times during Holidays and Back to School.

Paid Time Off Policy Reminders:  A maximum of 48 PTO hours can be requested per payroll work week. *If you also work that week, you can not exceed more than 48 hours in total. Any hours over that amount will not be paid.

PTO hours are a use it or lose it benefit, we do not pay out unused PTO hours nor roll over PTO hours. Please plan accordingly.
