La Paloma Vendor Application 2020
La Paloma Marketplace operates outdoors in the Proctor District of Tacoma from June 13-September 12 from 10-3 on North 27th & Proctor (by post office). 3810 North 27th Street Tacoma, WA **Set up time for our vendors is between 8-945a.

Vendor booth fees:
10x10 $65 (discount for vendors doing 3 or more markets every month June-September $50)
Table only (no canopy) $50
Shared booths must add BOTH name on application
Kids 17 & under are free! Parents must supervise

Application fees:
Adults: $25
Kids 17 & under: $10.
It is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance. If you sign-up to become a full-time vendor (3 or more markets June-September) your fee will be credited to you in your second month of vending.

Business Liscence:
Please email a copy of your license to us (email at bottom)
If you don't have one, we can get you a daily permit for $5

Payment Schedule:
Deposits (50% of monthly fees) are due monthly, no later than the last day of each month, for the following month. For example, all July reservation deposits are due the last day of June. The remaining balance is due at the end of each market day in cash. Another example, if your booth fee is $65, you pre-pay 50% via Square to hold your spot in the amount of $32.50. At the end of the market day, you place the remaining balance of $32.50 in a sealed envelope and leave it with the market coordinator.

Cancelations & Refund Policy:
There are no refunds, no acceptions. You may change your reserved date one time (if we have space in desired date) IF you notify us in writing 7 days BEFORE scheduled market day. Please respect our time and be sure you know which dates you are available as spaces are limited and when you "no show" your spot sits empty and this hurts the other vendors. No shows are not asked back and their entire booth fee is due.

August 1 Festival ($85 total fee due upon acceptance)
