Investment Options
The investment for the weekend is R5,800 including a R1,000 deposit to secure your place.
This covers the cost of local and international facilitators, Woman Within® International tuition and participant material, as well as your food and accommodation, .

The number of participants are limited, therefore it is essential to make your payment in full or pay your R1,000 non-refundable deposit on registration in order to secure your place.

Your place is only secured with a payment. If no payment is made, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list until we receive your proof of payment.

There are three payment options available:

Plan 1: Full payment of R5,800. This includes the R1,000 non-refundable deposit. Women for Afrika is running an Early Bird Special on our Weekend registrations for 2026. If you make your payment for the May or June 2026 Weekend by 30 March 2026 (R5,800) you will receive your circle training free (valued at: R800). 

Circle training is a voluntary program which runs after the weekend, and equips women to continue the work they have done on the weekend within peer support groups. The majority of all women who attend the Weekend opt to do circle training afterwards.

Plan 2: Non-refundable R1,000 deposit with balance due 4 weeks prior to the first day of the weekend for which you have registered.

Plan 3: Non-refundable R1,000 deposit with individual payment plan.

Details on how to make payment will be sent to you in an email after you have submitted this form.

You will receive a full refund, including your deposit if the weekend should be cancelled by Women for Afrika.

Cancellation policy and Securing your place
Cancellation policy *
A full refund, less the R1,000 non-refundable deposit, will be made if we receive your cancellation notice in writing no less than 4 weeks prior to the first day of the weekend for which you have registered. If we receive your cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the weekend, you will not receive any refund. Cancellations due to medical reasons will require a medical certificate and you will then receive a full refund, less the R1,000 non-refundable deposit. You will receive a full refund, including your deposit if the weekend should be cancelled by Women for Afrika.
Securing your place *
Your final payment will be due 4 weeks prior to the start of your weekend as this is also the cut off for cancellations.  If we do not receive your final payment by then, you will automatically be placed at the back of the waiting list. Please note that if you have a payment plan in place this does not apply to you.
