*  1. 學生請假需事先書面通知老師，每學期可以有一次補課機會，並在兩週內補完，滿6人開班  2. 本學期課程需在本學期內完成，恕不順延；課程不可以轉讓。3. 一個家庭有兩個學生，第二個學生的學費可享5％折扣。4. 学生繳註冊費用，若未連續登記註冊，將視同為新生註冊，須繳註冊費。5.我们允许该组织可以使用有关我们和孩子 参与活动的照片或影像。6、如以上聯繫信息有任何變化，家長有義務及時通知新色彩美術學院。萬一發生緊急情況如新色彩美術學院無法與以上聯絡人聯繫，家長將承擔全部責任，並授權新色彩美術學院為學生尋求任何急診或醫療服務。我了解在任何有人的場所都存在暴露於COVID-19 或疫情的風險，經由以下簽名我或我的孩子身為新色彩美術學院參加者，我們也同意, 若發生任何形式的受傷，疫情感染，或意外，我們同意放棄、豁免、撤銷、以及保證不對新色彩美術學院或新色彩、以及成員包括工作人員、義工、機構或代表提出控告。7. 學生必須尊重老師，聽從指導。如學生破壞學校資產﹐設備，學校將有權向其家長提出賠償。請家長準時接送孩子，孩子必須在學校裡等家長。如家長需要孩子在外面等車，需寫便條通知學校，學校將對校外所發生的事情不負任何責任.8. 因應疫情，安全考量，課程安排根據新色彩美術重啟計劃，以及政府重新開放指導方針決定實體教學或網上課。9. 如學生嚴重違反學校規章，擾亂他人上課，學校將有權將其與其他學生分離。如警告數次無效﹐學校將有權讓其學生停課，不退學費。嚴重者如犯罪事件等學校可報警以確保學校及學生安全。
簽字人在此同意上述規定和免責聲明。
1. Students are required to notify the teacher in advance if they are to miss class and they can have one make-up class a semester. 2. This semester course must be completed during the semester and cannot be postponed; the course is not transferable. 3. If a family two students, the second student will have a 5% discount on tuition. 4. If the student pays the registration fee and is not registered continuously, they will be treated as a new student and a registration fee will be charged.5.Participants also agree for the unrestricted use of any photographs, films, or videos that may contain images of the participants, participants’ children, or family members in attendance at New Color Arts Academy. 6.If any info changes in the above, parents are obligated to inform New Color Arts Academy in time. In the event of any emergency, if New Color Arts Academy is unable to contact the above contacts, the parents will bear full responsibility and authorize New Color Arts Academy to seek any emergency or medical services for the students. I acknowledge that at an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or pandemic exists in any place where people are present. Therefore, if any forms of injury, pandemic infection or accident occur, by signing below, all participants hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless New Color Arts Academy, and New Color Arts Academy & affiliates also their staff, representatives, and volunteers from any claims, losses, and damages that may arise out of their participation in this New Color Arts Academy -related activities. 7.All students should respect teachers and follow their instructions. All students should be friendly, respectful, and polite with their peers. If a student destroys any school properties or any equipment, the student’s parents are responsible for compensating for the damage. Parents must pick up & drops off their kids on time. During pickup, students have to wait inside the school building. If parents allow their children to wait outside of school building, parents need to provide the school with a written note in advance. Parents shall be solely responsible for their course of action and cannot hold New Color Arts Academy to be liable for it. 8.Due to the pandemic & safety considerations, the teaching format will be online or classroom setting based on government reopening guidelines and the reopening plan of NCAA.9.If student seriously violates School rules, or disrupts others in the class, School has the right to separate this student from other students. If the student misbehaves after multiple warnings, New Color Arts Academy has the right to suspend the student without any tuition refund. In severe cases, such as crime, schools can call the police to ensure school safety.
The undersigned hereby agrees to the aforementioned Provisions and Disclaimer.
